Nicola has experience in advising clients on a range of legal matters including buying and selling property, trusts, estates and succession planning. Nicola has particular expertise in advising on relationship property and separation matters.
In terms of commercial and business matters, Nicola advises on company structures, leasing and business arrangements.

Mikayla is an experienced Senior associate solicitor who has a range of experience dealing with separation, dissolution of marriage, relationship property, and asset protection. She advises clients on the pre-separation process and provides independent legal advice on Contracting Out Agreements / Prenuptial Agreements. She gives practical and effective legal advice and strives to help her clients reach amicable resolutions outside of court.
Mikayla assists her clients with preparation of wills, property sharing agreements and residential conveyancing.
She also specialises in employment law and can assist both employers and employees who are facing an employment dispute.

Darshan grew up in Wellington and attended Victoria University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Laws. Prior to joining JAG Legal, Darshan worked for a trustee corporation and specialises in trusts as well as succession and estate planning.

She has a passion for residential conveyancing, in particular guiding the first home buyer through the often-daunting process of buying a home.
Jessica is dedicated to providing a high standard of professional client care and services aims to make the client experience as stress-free and seamless as possible.

After a time in an accounting office, Jane has rejoined JAG Legal as our Practice Manager.
