From 1 July 2018 our practice will be subject to the  Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. We are required to verify the identities, addresses and in some cases, the source of funds, of our clients, in order to help New Zealand comply with international efforts to stop money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Please do not be offended if we ask you for information you believe we should already know.
